TemplateAI End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between you, the user ("Licensee" or "you") and TemplateAI, represented by Aryan Bhasin, whose contact information is aryan@templateai.co, regarding the use of the TemplateAI boilerplate code (the "Product") available at https://templateai.co (the "Website"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, TemplateAI grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the boilerplate code for the following purposes:

• Create, modify, and build applications, websites, or projects using the Product for personal, non-commercial use or for commercial uses

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, adapt, remove, disassemble, reverse engineer, create derivatives works of, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Product
• Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights from the Product
• Open source the code of applications, websites, or projects built using the Product without explicit permission from TemplateAI
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Product or any of its features or code files, to any third party for any reason, including by making the Product available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time
• Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third party rights

3. Ownership

TemplateAI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software or Product. This license is not a sale of the original software or any copy thereof.

4. Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. TemplateAI may terminate this license at any time if the end-user breaches any of the terms or conditions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TemplateAI does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet the end-user's requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TemplateAI or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if TemplateAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TemplateAI and the licensee and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
